The product is transferred to the factory. In factory, the head and bottom of carrot are cut and removed. Then the product is put into the hot water, and being semi – cooked , the skin is removed and the product is cut into pieces. The pieces are washed and packed after removing the impurities.
Preparation Guide:
Pour the needed amount of frozen carrot into a container consisted of the boiling water and salt. Wait for 5 minutes and then sieve and use it.

Test
